a) the purchase, sale, holding, development, management and brokerage of all movable and immovable assets, as well as all real estate transactions, in Switzerland and/or abroad; b) the purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of all participations, movable and/or immovable, in Switzerland and/or abroad; c) any commercial operation related to investments, in particular financial and real estate investments, including - but not limited to - research, development, promotion (advertising, etc.), marketing in any form and the provision of all goods and/or services related thereto to third parties, including - but not limited to - creative services, data management services and project management services. The Company may, in particular and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: (i) engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or in direct or indirect connection with it; (ii) establish branches or subsidiaries; (iii) participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose; (iv) file, acquire, hold and sell patents or all intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; (v) grant (i) loans and/or any other form of financing or (ii) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more shareholders, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit.
