Furthermore, the company offers corporate and management consulting services, in particular the provision of services in real estate matters such as structuring of real estate financing, financing brokerage for real estate transactions, consulting on real estate valuation issues, brokerage of real estate (buying and selling consulting), and placement of equity participations in real estate transactions, to the extent that these services are not subject to licensing requirements under the Banking Act.
