The company's purpose is to provide management services, in particular in relation to hospitality, healthcare and real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), particularly in the areas of marketing, sales, management support, IT, finance and procurement, for companies of the AEVIS VICTORIA SA group and for third parties. The company may, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE): engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, with an exclusively commercial purpose, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in similar or related companies; grant loans or guarantees of any kind to shareholders, group companies or third parties.
