The company's purpose is the sale of tools and spare parts, the overhaul of spare parts, the provision of technical services, notably in the fields of mechanics, electricity, building and construction, the transport, import and export of all goods or any product. The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relation with its purpose, acquire or found them, merge with them, in general, conclude any contract, carry out any operation, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (with the exception of any operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance of pledges and mortgage deeds or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
