Allfeat Foundation

The purpose of the foundation is to develop, maintain, update and expand the blockchain-based digital ecosystem ALLFEAT (hereinafter referred to as the ALLFEAT ecosystem). This purpose is pursued either directly or indirectly through the following activities: a) the development of code and software related to the ALLFEAT ecosystem; b) research on the potential integrations between the music industry and blockchain technology and their applications for commercial and non-commercial purposes; c) promotion and support of academic and applied research in the field of the music industry in connection with blockchain technology; d) support for the improvement, construction, growth and expansion of the ALLFEAT ecosystem; e) creation and dissemination of information and educational content about the ALLFEAT ecosystem, the music industry related to blockchain technology; and f) financial support for projects and initiatives for the development of digital infrastructures related to the ALLFEAT ecosystem, the music industry and blockchain technology. The foundation may, as a secondary purpose, pursue one of the following objectives in Switzerland or abroad: a) manage its assets by acquiring and disposing of financial instruments, structured financial products, derivatives, commodities, cash and other investments that the foundation's board of directors considers appropriate; b) establish branches, spin-offs, subsidiaries or other legal entities; c) participate in, acquire, or establish joint ventures with companies that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose; d) engage in all financial, founding, commercial or industrial activities that are conducive to its development and directly or indirectly related to its purpose; e) employ staff, independent contractors, advisors, third-party contractors and advisors who are deemed necessary for the proper conduct of the foundation's business; f) own or grant trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights or licenses; and g) engage in all business activities that are useful for promoting its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
