The company's purpose is: a) to provide any advice in the field of development, finance and management, financial or non-financial, of companies and commercial corporations, of any kind and nature; b) to represent, in Switzerland and abroad, all companies active in the fields of biomass and radiant heating and ventilation and cooling systems; c) to carry out all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (AMLA), whether movable or immovable (except for transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; d) to take part in any Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; e) to grant loans or advances to its shareholders or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, to guarantee such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
