The company may also: engage in any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
