The company's purpose is to invest, take stakes in, and manage (acquire, hold, and dispose of) stakes in Swiss or foreign companies, and to provide financing and advice to affiliated companies or third parties, it being specified that the company may acquire, manage, and sell movable and immovable property, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable operations in direct or indirect relation with its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and take stakes in other companies with an analogous or related purpose to its own.
