The acquisition of shareholdings, the holding of such shareholdings, and all operations related to the sustainable management of shareholdings in all Swiss or foreign companies in the sense of a holding company, as well as their financing; the acquisition of shareholdings in Switzerland is exclusively for commercial purposes (i.e., excluding real estate transactions prohibited by the LFAIE). The company may, for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable operations in direct or indirect relation with its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad and acquire shareholdings in other companies with an analogous or related purpose to its own.
