The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is the acquisition, sale, holding, and management of interests in all types of companies and enterprises, with the exception of interests in any company whose purpose is the acquisition of non-commercial real estate in Switzerland. To this end, the company may provide administrative services and participate in industrial and commercial enterprises. It may also participate in the financing, notably by providing guarantees and securities of all kinds, of other entities of the group to which the company belongs in the interest of said group, and establish branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. It may also carry out all commercial, financial, or securities operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
