The foundation exclusively pursues charitable and philanthropic purposes to promote physical and mental health and to improve the quality of life and life expectancy of people in Switzerland and worldwide who need support due to material, psychological or health reasons. Furthermore, the foundation specifically promotes education, peace and sustainability. The circle of beneficiaries is open and independent of origin, religion or denomination, age, sex or sexual orientation, physical or mental integrity. The foundation is politically and denominationally neutral. To achieve this purpose, the foundation promotes its beneficiaries, in particular, to find an individually suitable, meaningful life content and to develop their purpose and potential with regard to their life design, especially with regard to their professional activity or training. The foundation aims to contribute to the improvement of mental and physical health and to an increase in the longevity of its beneficiaries through this promotion, the prevention of social diseases, an increase in the effectiveness and innovation of organizations and companies as a significant contribution to health, peace and sustainability, to which the beneficiaries belong. The foundation also aims to promote projects and non-profit organizations that aim to achieve sustainable improvements in general quality of life and life expectancy as well as positive changes for the well-being of humans, animals and nature. The foundation can support its beneficiaries directly, through its own projects or through projects of non-profit organizations in Switzerland or abroad. The foundation can offer mentoring, coaching, financial support and other measures to pursue its purpose. The foundation can participate in or establish companies in Switzerland or abroad within the framework of the above-mentioned purpose. It can acquire, manage, mortgage and sell real estate and movable assets. The foundation board can formulate guidelines for the implementation of this foundation purpose within the framework of a regulation. In doing so, it can specifically define criteria for eligibility and selection of beneficiaries, as well as clarify questions regarding procedures, delegation of selection, confirmation of use of funds and other matters. The foundation has a non-profit character and does not pursue any commercial purpose.
