The foundation aims to: provide services focusing on new technologies with decentralized software architecture, in particular: the publication, development and promotion of the so-called BLOCKv protocol; the development and promotion of technologies and applications based on the BLOCKv protocol; the publication of all software components related to the Blockv protocol; the promotion, management and orchestration of the BLOCKv ecosystem; the holding and management and distribution of VEE tokens; the definition and monitoring of the VEE token utility model; the management of the BLOCKv project website; the holding and management of digital and non-digital assets for these purposes; training and education in the field of the BLOCKv ecosystem and the BLOCKv protocol and the associated technologies and applications; raising public awareness of the BLOCKv ecosystem and the BLOCKv protocol and the associated technologies and applications; and taking measures in the field of marketing and sales of the VEE token and the BLOCKv ecosystem. For this purpose, the foundation may in particular: engage in operational business activities and generate profits; create a technical application for granting participation rights to network participants (BLOCKv DAO), manage it and support the implementation of participation; create organizational structures that support the BLOCKv DAO and implement its resolutions; change the designation of the BLOCKv DAO, the BLOCKv protocol and the BLOCKv ecosystem at any time; support and finance suitable research and development activities as well as projects, companies and individuals through individual financial grants or set up and publish funding programs (e.g. grants); issue tokens for the expansion of the BLOCKv ecosystem (e.g. airdrops); promote the BLOCKv ecosystem, the BLOCKv protocol and the technologies and applications based on the BLOCKv protocol to the public, and train the public in this regard; create and provide corresponding training materials such as technical descriptions and instructions; issue, accept, use and store digital information units (tokens); contact various companies, partners, banks, regulators, authorities or other third parties for the benefit of the BLOCKv ecosystem; spend contributions received and invest in companies; acquire, hold or grant trademarks and other IP rights or license rights; organize conferences or other events such as workshops, developer events and hackathons; host, manage and manage websites and interfaces, and provide API technology; create sub-foundations; and conduct and promote all business and/or participate in all transactions, and generally take all actions that are necessary, appropriate, related or desirable to achieve or promote the objectives described here. The board of the foundation is authorized to change the designations BLOCKv and VEE Token. The foundation can create a uniform framework for communication about the BLOCKv ecosystem. For this purpose, the foundation can issue a communication concept in the form of a regulation. The concept can be changed at any time by a decision of the board of the foundation. The foundation can also create an internal control system (hereinafter the IKS), which comprises governance and control principles for the foundation and the BLOCKv ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding idea for the IKS is the value-added interests of the participants in the BLOCKv ecosystem. The board of the foundation issues the IKS within the framework of a separate regulation. The IKS can be changed at any time by a decision of the board of the foundation. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create such organizations and/or promote existing organizations. The foundation can fulfill its purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of the tasks to external partners. The foundation can invest in other companies and found subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. Within the framework of the purpose, the foundation can be active in Switzerland and abroad. Amendments to the foundation's purpose pursuant to Art. 86a of the Swiss Civil Code are possible.
