The company's purpose is to award mandates to and conclude contracts with regulated representatives of foreign collective investment schemes, who, on behalf of the company, establish, manage and/or administer foreign collective investment schemes or have them established, managed and/or administered. All activities that require authorization by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA are excluded, in particular, but not limited to, the establishment, management and administration of collective investment schemes as well as the representation of foreign collective investment schemes. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties, as well as grant guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
