All service, consulting and assistance activities directly or indirectly related to: the acquisition, leasing and/or maintenance of transportation equipment and industrial equipment; the financial, economic and/or technical evaluation of industrial and/or financial assets; and more generally all consulting and assistance operations aimed at promoting the development of the company. The company may also take participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, found new ones, take over or merge with them. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, excluding those prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
