The purpose of the company is: the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing in general of all goods, products or services, of any nature whatsoever, mortgage and real estate brokerage/advisory services, the provision of services related to these fields, as well as all real estate transactions including real estate investment and real estate investment advice, the development, acquisition, holding, sale and management of real estate, as well as the study of projects, management, administration, general planning, control and project management, on behalf of and in the name of the Client, or his representative, the financing and realization of new constructions, transformations and renovations of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, subject to the operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may also acquire similar companies, participate in such companies, in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts of a nature to develop its purpose or related to its object, excluding the operations covered by the LFAIE. The company may also carry out all commercial, financial, industrial and real estate transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its purpose in promoting its development. It may handle these transactions for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent or commission agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders or third parties if it promotes its interests, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, pledge its assets to secure all claims.
