The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may grant direct and indirect financing to third parties, companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, direct and indirect shareholders or companies in which such parties are directly or indirectly involved, and provide security of any kind for the liabilities of such companies, whether by means of loans or other financing or by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether against payment or not. The company may also conclude cash pooling agreements with other group companies. The company may acquire, encumber, hold, manage, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad.
