The company's purpose is in particular the purchase, holding, sale, brokerage, construction, transformation, operation, management, administration, and development of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The company may: establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; assume participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies; carry out all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or real estate transactions, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests.
