The holding and management of participations and investments, as well as other movable and immovable assets, in Switzerland and abroad, provided that, in Switzerland, it concerns buildings that have an exclusively commercial use in accordance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may also acquire, develop and dispose of patents, trademarks, industrial designs and other intellectual and industrial property rights, as well as rights derived from or complementing these rights and licenses relating to these rights. The company may grant loans, with or without security, to its shareholders or related parties, including companies directly or indirectly affiliated with it, or provide them with financial support in the form of security of any kind to guarantee obligations of these shareholders or related parties, in both cases with or without consideration.
