The company may provide security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, in particular pledges, assignments, trust assignments or guarantees of any kind, whether for consideration or not, even if such financing, security or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of third parties or companies in which it has a direct or indirect interest, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which they have a direct or indirect interest. The company may operate cash pooling within its group. The company may acquire, develop, manage and exploit patents, licenses and production processes, trade in goods and products of all kinds, finance and promote all types of businesses, acquire and sell real estate and carry out all other businesses that may be necessary or useful for the achievement of its purpose.
