The acquisition of direct and indirect interests in all companies, in the sense of a holding company, operating particularly in the medical field; business consulting and management; the acquisition, management and administration of interests in all commercial activities; the acquisition, purchase, sale, administration, management and financing of interests, it being specified that the company may hold an interest in a real estate company in Switzerland if the shares of the latter are listed on a stock exchange in Switzerland or if the real estate company has the purpose of acquiring buildings for exclusively commercial use. The company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote or facilitate its development.
