The Company's purpose is to engage, in Switzerland and abroad, in any activity in the real estate sector, including the purchase, sale, enhancement, renovation, construction, leasing, administration, holding, management, brokerage, promotion, and financing of real estate. It may also provide any advisory and service-related to the real estate sector, excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may: either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in any enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or any other form of financing to, and provide securities of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of its shareholders, companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the assets of the Company.
