The company's purpose is to carry out mandates and provide all services within the scope of a fiduciary's activities, including all legal, tax, economic and accounting advice, as well as the purchase, sale, holding and management of participations in all commercial, real estate and industrial companies in Switzerland and abroad, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its purpose; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties if it serves its interests.
