The operation of trust companies, the execution of all mandates falling within the scope of the activities of a trust company and all related work, such as in particular accounting, auditing, financial and tax advice, establishment and management of companies, purchase and sale of commercial properties, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE and management of real estate. The company may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions (with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE), provided that with regard to properties located in Switzerland, they must have an exclusively commercial use, and conclude all contracts that serve to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it.
