In Switzerland and worldwide, particularly in the State of Israel, the foundation's purposes are: to promote the study and teaching of Judaism in its various historical, sociological, cultural and theological dimensions; to collect the means to ensure the financing of the study and teaching of Judaism, as well as publications dedicated to it; and to safeguard and defend Jewish interests. The foundation may take any action and engage in any activity intended to enable it to achieve the aforementioned objectives. The foundation's actions will consist, in particular, of: supporting, including through contributions, charitable or public utility institutions, schools and study centers such as Kollels or Yeshivas, notably affiliated with Judaism, pursuing one or more of the purposes mentioned above; supporting, through any financial, logistical or in-kind means, deserving students of the aforementioned institutions; and undertaking, as the case may be in collaboration with third parties, field actions and programs, such as the establishment of prizes, support scholarships or other analogous forms. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to make a profit. The founder expressly reserves the right to modify the purpose in accordance with Art. 86a CC, including by way of disposition for cause of death.
