The company may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, establish or acquire any business pursuing an analogous or complementary purpose. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions with exclusively commercial allocation in Switzerland (i.e. excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and may be interested, in any form, in all businesses having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. The company may grant loans or guarantees to shareholders and/or subsidiaries.
