The purpose of the company is: consulting and management in the field of aviation, both in commercial and technical areas, the purchase and sale of all kinds of products, any other activity related to the trade of aircraft, as well as commercial representation for the operation of aircraft, air transport, air taxi, on its own account and on behalf of third parties; technical and administrative assistance and representation. The company may establish branches as well as participate in companies with a similar purpose in Switzerland and abroad. It may also participate financially in any form in any company in Switzerland and abroad. To this end, the company may carry out any investment operation within the scope of participations in companies or entities of any nature, i.e. the acquisition, holding and disposal of such participations, as well as all financial, investment, guarantee and Lombard credit/leverage operations.
