The Company may provide wealth management services to these related families, represent their interests, organize, control and plan the wealth aspects of the members of these families and provide them with other services. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, pledge or guarantee loans granted by third parties to its shareholders. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
