The company may also: carry out any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or establish them; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
