The promotion, purchase, sale and brokerage of buying and selling of land and real estate, on its own account, both in Switzerland and abroad. Real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises in Switzerland, on its own account, may however be acquired without a LAFE authorization procedure only if the real estate is intended for the exercise of an economic and commercial activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The marketing, import and export of any movable goods, the acceptance of mandates for brokerage and representation related to such goods. The company may operate in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches and subsidiaries and participate in any form in companies with similar purposes.
