The foundation promotes social integration, particularly in the context of the labor market. This includes, in particular, combating discrimination of any kind, promoting fair working conditions, supporting disadvantaged groups, combating unemployment and its causes, promoting and preserving employability and employment in general, as well as innovative approaches to the future of work. The foundation may also support education and healthcare, arts and culture, development aid, humanitarian disaster and crisis relief, and environmental protection. The foundation operates both domestically and internationally, with international beneficiaries limited to those in emerging and developing countries. The foundation has a non-profit character, does not serve any commercial or self-help purpose, and does not pursue any profit. The founder reserves the right to make changes in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.
