The Company may enter into transactions with or for the benefit of affiliated entities, in particular its direct and indirect shareholders and other group companies, also without adequate compensation; it may in particular grant credits or guarantee debts of affiliated entities. The Company may engage in any activity directly or indirectly related to the purposes mentioned above and enter into all transactions and contracts that are likely to promote the purpose of the Company.
