The holding, administration and management of shareholdings in all types of companies in Switzerland, with the exception of shareholdings in real estate companies, as well as the acquisition, holding, management and disposal of financial, movable or immovable investments in Switzerland for buildings used exclusively for commercial or administrative purposes, directly or indirectly owned by it, exclusively for its own account. It acts in the sense of a holding company and does not carry out any activity subject to authorization under the legislation on financial institutions (LEFin) or on collective investment schemes (LPCC). It may carry out all financial, commercial or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, to the extent that they do not require FINMA authorization.
