The concept can be changed at any time by a board of trustees decision. The foundation can also create an Internal Control System (hereinafter the IKS), which comprises governance and control principles for the foundation and the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem during all project phases. The guiding idea for the IKS is the value-added interests of the participants in the LEMONCHAIN ecosystem. The board of trustees issues the IKS within the framework of a separate regulation. The IKS can be changed at any time by a board of trustees decision. The foundation can also transfer the fulfillment of its tasks to other organizations, create such organizations, and/or promote existing organizations. The foundation can fulfill its purpose through its own employees or outsource the fulfillment of tasks to external partners. The foundation can invest in other companies and found subsidiaries both domestically and abroad. Within the scope of its purpose, the foundation can be active both domestically and abroad.
