The design, research, development, manufacture, purchase, and sale of watches and all related accessories, the exploitation and/or management of intellectual property. The company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its main purpose, and it may take participations in all companies having a similar or related purpose to its own in Switzerland or abroad, all to the exclusion of any operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). Furthermore, it may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders as well as to all other group companies and may provide guarantees of any kind for the obligations of said companies and shareholders, notably by way of pledges, assignments or transfers of assets for security purposes or other guarantees of any kind, for consideration or not. The company may create subsidiaries or branches both in Switzerland and abroad.
