Both in Switzerland and abroad, on behalf of the company or on behalf of third parties, acquisition, sale and management of assets. The assets concerned are mainly financial assets, works of art and real estate assets (non-exhaustive list). The company may participate in all means, directly or indirectly, in all operations that can be related to its purpose by creating new companies, contributing, subscribing or purchasing securities or social rights, merging or otherwise, creating, acquiring, renting, leasing or managing all business assets or establishments, concerning these activities. It may also carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and immovable operations, within the limits permitted by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose or likely to promote its development. The company may take control of affiliated or subsidiary companies and provide them with advice. It may be directly or indirectly interested in all matters, businesses, associations, institutions whose purpose would be similar or connected to its own or simply useful for the extension of its operations or the realization of all or part of its main purpose. The company may also carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose.
