The company's purpose is to create, develop and commercialize digital products, including software, games, media and online platforms, as well as to provide related consulting and services. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad and invest in other companies in Switzerland and/or abroad, acquire, hold, encumber and dispose of real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and/or abroad as well as conduct all commercial, financial or other transactions that are directly or indirectly related to the company's purpose.
