The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, exploitation, rental and construction of all real estate, as well as the acquisition of participations in all companies, in particular real estate companies. It may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, movable or real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out financing operations, grant loans to third parties as well as to group companies and direct or indirect shareholders of the company, and grant securities of any kind for its own commitments or for the commitments of the aforementioned companies, and these are granted without the company receiving remuneration in return. Furthermore, it may conclude cash pooling agreements with other group companies.
