In general, the company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if it serves its interests, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
