The acquisition, sale, holding and management of participations in all types of companies and enterprises, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE with regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, which will be limited to an exclusively commercial use. The Company may: carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable (in compliance with the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners) transactions in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; create subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to subsidiaries, shareholders or third parties.
