The performance of the following activities, on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties, directly or through other persons or companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding activities that require specific authorization under the LFid: management of investment activities in securities and real estate, such as acquisition, sale, donation, exchange, construction, rental, subletting, administration, restructuring and maintenance of real estate of any type and purpose; consulting activities for the design of real estate, internal and external architecture, installations in general, for the realization or restructuring of industrial, artisanal, commercial, residential, office structures, for the organization of commercial and advertising events, fairs, commercial-sporting-cultural events, with particular attention to what is described for eco-sustainable activities, development of clean energy, in respect of the environment, organic agriculture and for the psycho-physical well-being of the person through the exercise of natural manual techniques and/or complementary therapies; consulting activities for technical, administrative, financial coordination, management of trademarks, franchise chains, patents, signs, designs, know-how, operational equipment and commercial knowledge. The company may acquire interests and participations in other companies or enterprises, carry out all real estate and movable property transactions, economic, financial, subscribe to bank loans, leasing, factoring and similar operations, necessary or useful for achieving the company's purpose, as well as issue or receive guarantees, sureties and other guarantees in general, also real, for third parties and in favor of third parties.
