The purpose of the association is to support the development of the decentralized, data-driven Oracle protocol SEDA and the associated tools and technologies to bring off-chain data on-chain in a reliable and efficient manner. The association may engage in any activities, conduct business and partnerships, and conclude contracts that serve or are related to the promotion of its purpose. However, the association is not involved in the creation of data requests or the validation or dispute resolution related to Oracle protocols. The association may develop, acquire, hold, and sell rights to intellectual or commercial property, as well as acquire or grant licenses. It may establish branches, participate in companies, or found subsidiaries. The association pursues non-profit purposes. It does not pursue profit or self-help purposes. The provision of financial benefits by the association in favor of its members is excluded.
