The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these shareholders, in particular within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and may provide security for the obligations of these parties, also by pledging or transferring assets of the company in trust, or by guarantees of any kind, regardless of whether they are remunerated or not.
