In Switzerland and abroad, the acquisition, holding, management and realization of participations in all types of companies or enterprises, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the company may carry out for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose; it may also create branches or subsidiaries, take participations in, manage or sell, and more generally participate in, all companies or enterprises, in Switzerland and abroad; the company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide securities, guarantees, or pledges of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group or third parties.
