The development of core banking software as well as IT tools and all related services, including any payment acquisition system, with the exception of any activity subject to authorization, any financial service within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA) and any financial intermediary activity within the meaning of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). It may develop, maintain and operate, for itself or for third parties, software and tools and may provide these to third parties; it may collect, archive and evaluate data and develop all types of forecasting models. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies of the same group, as well as provide securities of any kind, directly or indirectly for the benefit of companies of the same group or third parties, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities over the assets of the Company.
