The company's purpose is the acquisition, management, and disposal of equity interests in any Swiss and foreign companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. Furthermore, the company has the right to create branches and subsidiaries, both domestically and abroad, and to acquire equity interests in other companies both domestically and abroad, and additionally to carry out all transactions directly or indirectly related thereto. The practice also includes the acquisition, encumbrance, disposal, or administration of real property, both domestically and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE. It may also provide financing on its own account or on behalf of third parties and provide guarantees and bonds for its subsidiaries as well as for third parties.
