The purpose of the association is the direct and indirect promotion, coordination, and support of other associations or structures that foster the innovative capacity and functionality of international financial markets, with the aim of providing high-quality financial instruments and/or financial investments to as broad an investor base as possible. The association may take all necessary and appropriate measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose and, in particular, may directly or indirectly promote, establish, coordinate, and monitor associations or other structures, as well as grant and manage license rights based thereon to third parties. To achieve the aforementioned association purposes, the association may at any time involve third parties and/or outsource the various activities in whole or in part to qualified service providers. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim for profit.
