The company's purpose is to engage in general contracting and all work in the field of real estate construction, in particular the laying of screeds and insulation materials, maintenance and renovation services for buildings and apartments; tiling, waterproofing, painting, cleaning, interior and exterior maintenance and concierge services; buying and selling in the real estate sector, with the exception of any operation prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may pursue its purpose through all operations, in particular through all contracts, without limitation as to their location, in Switzerland or abroad; as to their object, whether it concerns material property (movable or immovable) or intellectual property or services; as to their execution, whether by the company, by branches of the company, by participations in other companies or by subcontractors. The company may also conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees, if this favors its interests.
