The company's purpose is in particular the purchase, holding, sale, brokerage, construction, transformation, operation, management, administration, and development of real estate in Switzerland and abroad, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. The Company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish them, in general, exercise any financial, commercial or industrial activity that promotes its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commissioner, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, affiliated companies or third parties.
