In the sense of a holding company, the purchase, sale, administration, holding and management of participations in the financial, commercial, industrial and real estate sectors in Switzerland and abroad in any form, as well as any task directly or indirectly related to the purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; the company may, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE.
