All activities and services of the Family Office type related to the needs of individuals or their respective assets, including the provision of strategic, legal or other services and advice, family governance consulting, philanthropy consulting and coordination and monitoring of service providers involved in relation to assets; administration of movable and immovable assets; and the acquisition, holding and disposal of real estate, which will be exclusively commercial if located in Switzerland. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may participate in other companies, establish branches and subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad.
